By accessing or using greekoliveoils.ca (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The service
The Site is an editorial publication and partner directory for Greek extra virgin olive oil producers. The Site is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, nutritional, or professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any unlawful manner;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site;
- scrape, harvest, or copy the Site's content for commercial republication;
- introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the Site;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, photography, design, logos, and code — is owned by Optimize Group or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page. All other use requires prior written permission.
5. Third-party links and producers
The Site links to third-party producer websites and other resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party.
6. Advertising
The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and may include other forms of sponsorship. Editorial content is independent of advertising. See our Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
